Reverend Ferdinand Melendres was led by the Holy Spirit to start a Filipino Christian Fellowship in Jerusalem. He left the Philippines to found the first congregation of Filipino believers in God's Holy City. He then moved to New York to pioneer WIN-New York.
Before he transferred, he mentored a new pastor named Brother Allan Peralta. Pastor Peralta holds the Word International Ministries, Jerusalem at present.
WIN-Tel-Aviv is now on pioneering stage Bro. Alex "Willie" Jugo was the WIN Tel-Aviv Outreach Coordinator. Afterwards Ptr Alex moved to Canada and Pastora Jean Gatmaitan continued the work of building the Telaviv congregation.
